• February 5th 2003 - deadline for an abstract to be submitted
• February 15th 2003 - review of abstracts
• February 20th 2003 - deadline for the lower conference fee
• March 5th 2002 - full/complete presentation sent to the Conference Boureau
• March 20th 2003 - 90% of the conference fee regained if You resign
• March 31st 2003 - Final detailed info provided to the conference participants
